Return Shipping
We send all return service orders via Royal Mail Tracked Service. This postage option covers the parcel for loss or damage up to £75.
If you wish to insure your garment(s) for more than this amount, please select the option for Special Delivery add on when adding your garment to the basket. Alternatively, notify us and we will work with you to add on extra cover for your shipment, at an increased cost of £10 to your order.
Return Shipping - Disclaimer
We will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged in the post any of the courier companies that we use. It is the customer's responsibility to claim from Royal Mail for any losses or damage. We will supply all relevant information upon request.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service - please Contact Us within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot consider complaints that are made after this time period. As post can be lost, we only accept notification by a phone call, or an e-mail to a member of our customer care team. Our customer care team will record your problem and work with you to resolve it.
Important Note
When sending goods in to us, please ensure you receive adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods that you are returning, and that the courier asks for a signature on delivery. This will allow you to track the returned goods, and claim compensation should your chosen courier lose them.
For our collection service, we use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Shipping and book a collection for you through Royal Mail. Insurance coverage is set at £75 on each parcel with Royal Mail.
